About Ride Yoga

If you have ever participated in an outdoor sport or activity you know that you are at the mercy of nature. You must understand and continually adapt to its ever changing conditions, blend into its environment and let go of your ego. Nature is what it is, we respect and observe, we engage our senses, and we connect. This is the same for our yoga practice. Our bodies are our inner nature, therefore we must listen, respect and take care of our selves.

We surrender to our inner wave and learn to ride with the flow.
