Welcome to your 1 hour athletic style vinyasa yoga class!

This is your time and space for your body to take over and your mind to relax!

Be prepared to feel challenged, invigorated and balanced.

Whether you are a more seasoned or less seasoned mover, this class is designed to get you moving in both familiar and new ways!

Take a deep breath and notice your thoughts fade into the moment.

What to expect in your Ride Yoga class

Each 1 hour class is a holistic fusion of breathwork, vinyasa yoga and explorative movement.

Expect to explore within your joints ranges of motion, navigate through steady flows and strong holds, and spend time on your hands, knees, back, belly and feet.

This is your invitation to play, observe, adjust and modify based on your immediate needs and wants. You make it your own, as you move with the mindset:

Not too much, not too little, but just right!

All you will need is yourself and a yoga mat. Props are not provided, but optional enhancements for you to bring, including blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, etc.

The studio floor is made of firm exercise mat flooring, so there will be slightly extra padding below your mats. Because of this extra padding you will have a small amount of additional cushioning.

The Foundations

Breathwork

will help you hone your attention inwards, listen inside and surrender to the influential power of your breath.

Vinyasa yoga

will move your body through a strong ebb and flow of both effortful and easeful poses that will help build self awareness, mobility, balance, strength and stamina.

Explorative movement

will freely move your body through all planes and joint ranges of motion to help you move more healthily, efficiently and comfortably in your own skin.

Why the Ride in yoga?

Each one of us are connected to nature, a little piece of the universe, the earth and the water. Our breath emulates the rhythm of the oceans waves. These waves and breaths are the life force to their ecosystems, both transmitting energy to maintain a healthy balance within. So, it is with no surprise that when we connect and truly listen inside we find peace and equanimity within our breath. It is our place to move and grow from.

We build upon our breath, ride our inner wave, and move to nurture and strengthen our bodies!

When and where

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, 6:15am - 7:15am at Becks Martial Arts studio, 8017 First St, Wellington, CO 80549 (next to Fitness1, north side door).
